Martina Micallef

Martina is principally a litigation lawyer in the ADR and Dispute resolution team. She is actively involved in civil, commercial and construction related disputes and has successfully represented clients in court, in tribunals and before a number of arbitration panels. Martina also focuses on cross-border debt resolution cases the enforcement of judgements outside of Malta. Martina’s other main focus is real estate and construction transactions apart from disputes. She is regularly involved in major local property developments where assists clients with respect to drafting of project documentation, commercial leases and sales. She has also assisted on property-related due diligence projects in a number of M&A transactions.
