Martina’s main areas of practice include European law, Competition and Consumer law, Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Telecommunications Law, Tourism leisure and hospitality, as well as, general Civil and Commercial law.
Martina joined Camilleri Preziosi as a trainee in 2013. She then graduated as a Doctor of Laws, after having submitted her thesis entitled: ‘The Essential Facilities Doctrine: An Appropriate Antitrust Remedy or an Undue Restriction on Freedom to Contract?’. In 2016, Martina was appointed Associate, forming part of the Regulatory, EU and Litigation Practice group.
