Profile
Martina’s main areas of practice include Construction & Real Estate, Development Planning, European law, Competition and Consumer law and Dispute Resolution. She also practices in General Commercial law.
Martina joined Camilleri Preziosi as a trainee in 2013 and promoted to Associate in 2016. She then graduated as a Doctor of Laws, after having submitted her thesis entitled: ‘The Essential Facilities Doctrine: An Appropriate Antitrust Remedy or an Undue Restriction on Freedom to Contract?’.
Since joining the firm, Martina has been involved in several major local developments and has assisted both with respect to the drafting of project documents and the resolution of construction and property related disputes. She also regularly represents local and international clients in court disputes in relation to a wide range of areas.
