In the hospitality sector, our practice includes transaction handling (acquisition and sale, joint venture, development, financing and management agreement negotiations), operational matters (employment, leasing, construction and service contracts), and the restructuring or insolvency of hospitality businesses in financial distress.
We represent and conduct negotiations with banks, developers, foreign and domestic investors, franchisees and franchisors, investment banks, management companies and property owners in compiling transaction documents including sale and purchase agreements, equity and debt financing agreements, management agreements, technical services agreements, IP transfer agreements, licensing agreements, franchise agreements and due diligence reports.
