Nicola Jaccarini

Nicola is a senior associate who is principally involved in the corporate & M&A sphere and advises clients on a number of corporate matters whether in the context of M&A transactions or in their general operations and corporate re-structuring. She also frequently acts on capital market mandates; and advises clients on corporate governance matters, particularly in the context of companies having instruments listed on the Malta Stock Exchange. Her recent experiences include:

• advising and assisting Kindred Group plc, in its multimillion acquisition of the Relax Gaming Group at both the due diligence and completion stage;
• advising and assisting on the merger of a Maltese accounting, advisory and assurance firm with another Maltese accounting, audit and business advisory firm, resulting in the operation of both entities under one brand;
• advising and assisting Ferratum Bank plc in the issuance of its unsecured subordinated bond issuance programme of a maximum of €40,000,000, which securities were admitted to listing and trading on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange;
• advising and assisting VBL plc in its initial public offering, which included an issuance of new ordinary shares as well as an offer of existing ordinary shares by selling shareholders, which securities were admitted to listing and trading on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange.
