Gabriella forms part of the tax and corporate team and assists clients as part of that team on a number of transactions including corporate M&A transactions in a broad spectrum of industry sectors.  She is also involved in a wide range of tax advisory work and commercial contracts such as joint venture agreements, share option schemes for clients.
