Daphne Vassallo

Junior Associate

Daphne joined the firm in July 2025 and is part of the Transport, IP & Technology team. She previously worked on corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters. Daphne’s main areas of practice include transport law, with a particular focus on shipping, yachting, and aviation, as well as intellectual property, data protection, and technology law. She has advised on transactions involving aircraft financing, yacht acquisition and financing, and other transport-related investments, providing guidance on regulatory compliance and transactional documentation.

Daphne qualified as an attorney and was admitted to the Maltese bar in 2024.
