We are seeking to recruit an IT Support professional who will act as the first line of technical assistance to our workforce.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Provide user support by assisting non-technical users in understanding and resolving technical problems.
  • Maintain the firm’s IT systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights, including creating, updating and removing user accounts as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions and processes.
  • Liaise with external IT support providers when required.

Experience and skills required

  • A Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in an IT support environment
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative as well as in a team
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a patient and methodical approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
