Nicola Jaccarini

Nicola is a senior associate who is principally involved in the corporate & M&A sphere and regularly advises clients on a variety of corporate matters whether in the context of M&A transactions (from both a buy-side or sell-side perspective) or in their general operations and corporate re-structuring endeavours. She also frequently advises the firm’s listed company clients, both in connection with public offerings (and de-listings) of debt and equity securities on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange, as well as in connection with their ongoing corporate governance and company secretarial obligations. Nicola also has experience in the restructuring and insolvency landscape, and assists local and international clients seeking to wind down or restructure their business and operations.

Nicola regularly lectures on a variety of commercial and corporate law topics, and is also a member of the IFSP’s Corporate Affairs sub-committee.
