Emma Xuereb

Emma joined the firm in 2019 and was admitted to the bar in 2021. Emma forms part of the ADR & Dispute Resolution team and is involved in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Her more recent experiences include defending various claims arising from damages to vessels stored in a boatyard, representing a company in a dispute relating to a virtual token and esports platform, as well as assisting in several commercial agreements. Her other areas of focus include artificial intelligence, fintech, and technology – in this respect, she has assisted and advised multiple clients on matters relating to virtual financial assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and autonomy, and has participated in a research project related to autonomous driving.
