Pierluca Bencini

Lead Associate

Pier is a lead associate at Camilleri Preziosi. Pier’s main area of practice is financial regulatory and compliance, as part of the firm’s wider Financial Services team. He is also actively involved in advising clients on banking and finance, investment services regulation and general corporate and commercial law matters.

Pier joined the firm as an associate in 2023. He obtained his Doctor of Laws degree at the University of Malta in 2016 and was admitted to the bar in 2017. In 2018, Pier successfully obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) from the London School of Economics (LSE) with a specialisation in Corporate and Commercial Law.
