Francesca Galea Cavallazzi

As a senior associate in the ADR and Dispute Resolution Team, Francesca leads the specialised corporate and finance litigation team. She assists clients on corporate or financial matters before the domestic superior courts and in appeals on regulatory matters before the Financial Services Tribunal.

She regularly represents financial services providers before the Office of the Arbiter for Financial Services and assists banks and other financial institutions with a broad range of matters, including commercial litigation, enforcement matters, and cross-border disputes. She also advises on litigation related to pensions, payment services, and general financial services matters.
