Krista Ellul

Krista is a member of the firm’s financial services team, where she specialises in corporate, commercial, and finance matters. She advises a diverse range of clients across multiple industry sectors on general corporate transactions, financing arrangements, and matters involving regulated entities, from structuring and negotiating commercial arrangements to corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Krista also has experience advising companies with listed securities on their ongoing obligations under the Capital Markets Rules and the Market Abuse Regulation as administered by the MFSA, as well as on public issuances of financial instruments listed on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange.
