Martina Micallef

Martina is a litigation lawyer in the Dispute Resolution team. She has extensive experience in civil, commercial and construction-related disputes, and has successfully represented clients in court proceedings, tribunals and before arbitration panels. Martina also regularly advises on cross-border debt resolution matters, including the enforcement of foreign judgements. In addition to her litigation practice, Martina focuses on transactional and advisory work in real estate and construction. She is actively involved in major local property developments, where she assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, sales and other deeds. Martina also provides support on property-related due diligence in M&A transactions.
