Matthew’s areas of specialisation are corporate, capital markets, taxation and more recently ESG and sustainable finance. Before joining the firm, Matthew was a Manager at a Big 4 firm where he led engagements advising both local and international clients on a wide variety of corporate and tax matters as well as on a number of issues relating to financial services regulation, particularly in the investment services space. In his role within the Capital Markets team at the firm, Matthew now assists clients on both debt and equity issues in the local capital markets, as well as on a number of corporate and commercial matters in the financial services industry.
