Natalia Galea

Natalia joined the firm in May 2024 and forms part of the Corporate and Tax team, mainly practicing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Natalia regularly assists in a number of corporate matters, particularly commercial transactions and contracts. Natalia has been actively involved in assisting clients in governance matters, including preparing for and attending board meetings.

She also regularly assists foundations with their establishment and ongoing administration. In addition, Natalia advises on employment matters as well as occupational health and safety, and is further engaged in residency and immigration applications. In this regard, she assists clients before the Administrative Review Tribunal in tribunal proceedings.
