Nicola Buhagiar

Nicola is a senior associate in the capital markets team and has handled a number of public issues of both debt and equity instruments listed on the official list of the Malta Stock Exchange.  She is also frequently involved in M&A transactions spanning a wide array of industry sectors.  Recent Experiences include:

• assisting IZI Finance p.l.c., International Hotel Investments p.l.c. and Mizzi Organisation p.l.c. with the admission of their debt securities on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange
• Assistance of Neogames S.A. with an offer made to the shareholders of Aspire Global p.l.c. (a Maltese registered company whose securities are admitted to Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market)
