Michela joined the firm in 2021. She currently forms part of the EU, Competition & State Aid team, with a primary focus on competition law and free movement within the internal market. Her recent experience includes assisting clients on competition and consumer-related matters, litigation and merger control.
Natalia joined the firm in May 2024 and forms part of the Corporate and Tax team, principally involved in a number of corporate matters for clients, with a particular focus on corporate re-structuring and M&A transactions. Natalia is also involved in employment matters as well as civil and commercial litigation.
Veronica joined the firm in July 2022, having previously assisted clients with corporate, commercial, competition, data protection and intellectual property matters.
