Andrew joined the firm as an intern in 2024 and is part of the Banking and Finance team. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Masters in Advocacy, both from the University of Malta (completed in 2023 and 2024 respectively).
Michela joined the firm in 2021. She currently forms part of the EU, Competition & State Aid team, with a primary focus on competition law and free movement within the internal market. Her recent experience includes assisting clients on competition and consumer-related matters, litigation and merger control.
Natalia joined the firm in May 2024 and forms part of the Corporate and Tax team, principally involved in a number of corporate matters for clients, with a particular focus on corporate re-structuring and M&A transactions.
