Camilleri Preziosi is proud to announce that the firm has once again sponsored the Customer Focus Award as part of JA Malta’s Start-Up Programme. This continues the firm’s commitment to supporting JA Malta‘s vision of improving young people’s understanding of business and entrepreneurship, and educating and empowering them to achieve success in their working life.
Vanessa de Costa Palmer and Alexia Valenzia were responsible for assessing all pitch decks submitted as part of the programme and identifying the team whose project best aligned with our award. Kristina Rapa Manche had the pleasure of attending JA Malta Foundation Finals & Awards Night 2025 where she awarded Medimind with Camilleri Preziosi’s Customer Focus Award. Medimind is focused on empowering elderly independence and reducing preventable hospitalisations through AI-driven medication management.
The Customer Focus Award assessment criteria focus on three main pillars: customer focus, business sustainability, and use of digital innovation. An additional bonus can be obtained if the team demonstrates a commitment to digital ethics, particularly by taking aspects such as privacy, security, and intellectual property into account when devising their business processes.
As a law firm whose primary focus is to provide support and assist businesses in growing and achieving their goals, we wholly support initiatives that develop entrepreneurship skills in young people. The Customer Focus Award specifically recognises teams able to demonstrate innovative ideas that lead to excellent customer service.
We wish all participants in the Start-Up and Company Programmes all the very best for the future!
