Camilleri Preziosi’s Sharon Xuereb and Terence Cassar have contributed an article entitled “Consent in light of the General Data Protection Regulation” to Malta’s legal journal “Id-Dritt” (volume XXVIII).
The article focuses on the far-reaching changes brought about by the GDPR to the concept of fairly and validly gaining consent from a data subject.
